The V6 24V is the last development of the Cologne V6 which dates from the early 1980's. 12V engine blocks were shipped to Cosworth, where new cranks and cylinder heads and a new timing chain arrangement produced a pent-roof combustion chamber of 4 valves each and 207bhp.

Это из ТИСа сканы... Не более и не менее.
Некоторое ко-во странностей там есть, кстати.
Например - штатный зазор нижнего компрессионного кольца - 0.8-1.1мм.
Или момент затяжки головок - 5кг + 180грд. (еще никому дотянуть
их на эти градусы не удавалось - динамометры защкаливают за 25кг
после 100грд.).
Ну и так далее...
Но на безрыбье, конечно...
